This listing is for a mysterybox or allso known GRAB-BAG of handmade doll clothing suited for mainly Females of the BJD’s within a 40-45cm range aka MSD, 1/4, Minifee, DC Females 1/4, Luts and so on.
These items are made to fit both curvy and slim dolls BUT if you have a specific doll size in mind feel free to ask if the clothing might fit YOUR doll!
If i don't know what kind of MSD doll it is i'll use all standard sizes that can fit MOST 1/4 girls.
This listing is only for doll clothing, NO doll or other background accessories included.
Buyer will receve a package filled with Doll clothes for a value of at least: 45+$ USD But if you're lycky the value can be even more!
Every grab bag contains at least: One shirt and one pair of pants shorts or a skirt, most may also contain some socks, a dresses and a sweaters.
Item selection is random but can be requested to have a theme.
You can state color, style theme or Dress/Skirt/Sweater preferenses vs pants/shirts/jumpsuits, but there are no guarantee.
Keep in mind that the immages are mainly examples and are not guaranteed items to be inside each box.

Can i get a refund?
Yes and No.
Yes you can get a refund if the things have not been shipped OR if you've sent them back AND I have officially received the items.
You can not get a refund on lost items at least not in full.
This is cause of the material and postage prices in combination with work time I've had to put into the lost item. And as a scam prevention.
I always recommend getting replacements or to get a coupon for new items as compensation.
If the item had tracking however there's a better chance for you to get a full refund if we can prove the post has lost the package.I do not accept returns on blindbags that have been opened.

This is an ever growing problem.
There's a couple of options i can provide for this as what happens, after I've left a package to the post it is no longer my responsibility.

What form of compensation do i offer?
There's the option of getting replacement items where i replicate even some OOAK articles to the best of my ability with a free personalizing option.
We also have the option for a coupon code where the amount you've lost can be used to get replacement items both custom and pre-made from the shop.
These policies will change in the future.Packaging, recycling and re-used items.
Some of my packaging materials are recykled like ziplock bags, Some bubblewraps and other shipping items can also be reused items. This is to be more eco friendly but does end up having a slightly less professional look once the items arrive.
I do NOT re-use broken and dirty items, only items that are fit for re-use
